Shipping policy
FULFILLMENT PROCESS
All orders have a processing time of 2-3 days after you purchase, excluding holidays. All orders will be shipped out from our US location or Asia location .For Once your order is processed and shipped you will get an email with your tracking number!
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you place an order with the wrong address you have until it is shipped to email us. After a package has shipped you will not be able to change the address and will not qualify for a refund.
An address change that drastically changes the shipping amount may be cancelled and you will be issued store credit. Please make sure to place the right address the first time you are ordering from the site.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping rates are all calculated by the weights of the items that you order ! Shipping times will take any where between 3-12 days depending on the shipping method that you choose during check out. We use a number of trusted carriers that help us bring our packages safely all around the country to our customers. Once the order is shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking number which you will be able to use on our tracking page to track your order!
NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail - if your item is not delivered unfortunately there is nothing on our end we can do if your tracking number shows the shipment as delivered. IF your tracking shows in transit then we will give store credit depending on the items and on a case by case basis
CANCELING ORDERS
We only accept cancellations 24 after ordering. We DO NOT accept cancellations for orders with preorder items. Please make sure to contact us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELATIONS AFTER THE 24 HOUR MARK.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do offer worldwide shipping ! All shipping costs are calculated by the weights of each album that you order. International shipping takes anywhere from 7-15 days depending on your country. Custom charges may apply depending on your country and we are not responsible for those charges. That responsibility falls on the buyer as it is based on a case by case basis. Please note that we are located in the US so shipping may be delayed depending on your country and your shipping times.
